Description
Rutile-type flux-cored wire for all-position welding of carbon and carbon-manganese steels.
Folded flux-cored wire suitable for single- or multi-pass welding of carbon and carbon-manganese steels with a yield strength of up to 460 MPa. Specifically designed for use with pure CO₂ shielding gas, it ensures excellent mechanical properties even at low temperatures, down to -20 °C. It stands out for its outstanding weldability in all positions, stable arc behavior, and excellent bead appearance. Spatter generation is minimal, slag removal is easy, and there are no porosity issues—even on primer-coated plates. It also offers high feed performance and greater operational flexibility compared to solid wire, especially in vertical-up welding applications.
