Description
Nickel-aluminum alloyed copper rod
This rod deposits an aluminum-bronze alloy, ideal for welding steel with aluminum-bronze (copper-aluminum alloys). It is excellent for cladding components subject to metal-on-metal wear and surfaces requiring high corrosion resistance.
The addition of 5% nickel increases corrosion resistance at both high temperatures and in marine water environments. The main applications include tube sheets, pickling hooks, impellers, valve seats, chemical plants, pulp mills, and many others.
