Description
Tin Bronze Alloy Rod
Full rod designed for overlay welding on cast iron, particularly suitable for welding of deep drawn sheets like car body sheets. Its excellent fluidity characteristics make it ideal for sealing large weld gaps, especially for furnace brazing. It is suitable for example for bronze alloys with 10-12% Sn, copper-zinc, copper-tin, zinc-lead, and cast alloys. It is also excellent for overlays on cast iron. Usually, preheating of the base material is not required. It is recommended to use pulsed arc welding in argon for multilayer hard overlays on steel.
