Description
Flux cored wire for wear and abrasion resistant surfacing
C, Cr, B based flux cored wire for wear-resistant surfacings in the mining sector and for wear-resistant protections from fine dust, such as: glass and concrete. The weld deposit has a ledeburitic
structure, bearing many various hypereutectic carbides. A
maximum deposit thickness of 1-2 layers is recommended. Also resistant to high temperatures, therefore it can also be used in coal processing. A buffer layer is recommended before applying with DAIKOFCW 814Mn.
